Dissemination

In order to maximize the dissemination of the project results, guarantee the engagement of stakeholders and have as widespread an impact as possible, the Erasmus+60 consortium has foreseen the organization of three multiplier events in three accessible countries: Czech Republic, Croatia and Belgium.

The first multiplier event will take place in March 2023 at Mendelova Univerzita V Brne (EU, Czech Republic).

The purpose of this first multiplier will be aimed at disseminating to a broad audience the results of PR2 “Enhancing lifelong learning through intergenerational learning - toolkit development for Third-Age educational practices. Indeed, the success of the project can be appreciated according to the impact that it will have outside the consortium. Partners will therefore organize an event entitled "How to provide educational offers for senior citizens on the university campus?", which will focus on the education of seniors themselves and intergenerational education of seniors on university campuses with future generations.

The event will be organized by MENDELU’s for intergenerational universities, organizations that work with seniors or that create intergenerational programs, as well as academics who are engaged in senior research or intergenerational learning, or who conduct lessons for given groups of senior citizens.

Partners will also be invited to the event. The multiplier event will therefore focus on involving a new important stakeholder group to share the results of the project. The event will be organized to offer a series of workshops and round tables for coordinating and organizing staff of universities involved in fulfilling the third role of universities, in order to better train them in organizing senior education and intergenerational events.

The event will be attended by approximately 30 to 45 participants.

The second multiplier event will be organized and hosted by the Sveuciliste U Splitu in Split in September 2023 (EU, Croatia).

It will be aimed at disseminating the results of PR2 “Enhancing lifelong learning through intergenerational learning - toolkit development for Third-Age educational practices” and PR3 “Hackathon with stakeholder organizations regarding the co-design of an Erasmus+60 Third-Age educational offer integrating intergenerational learning perspectives”.

The event shall take place in the second half of the project and will primarily target the leadership of the higher education institutions (HEIs) and lifelong learning centers at HEIs in Croatia, relevant public institutions, NGOs from Split and the region working with seniors, as well as seniors 60+ themselves. In order to create a positive impact on the implementation of EU practices in the partner countries, the event will include participants from neighboring non-EU member countries (Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia) as target audience and present them best practices and results of this project. The second multiplier event will be conduct in the frame of the Promoting active ageing and well-being activity.

The anticipated number of participants to this event is 40 to 50 participants.

The third multiplier event will be organized by the European University Foundation-Campus European (EUF) in Belgium in November 2024.

The third multiplier event will be aimed at disseminating the final results of the Erasmus +60 project which includes the full set of material developed throughout the project lifetime as well as the final recommendations (PR5).

The event will take place during the final stage of the project and will allow to present/share the final project results of PR2, PR3 and PR4 with a particular focus on PR5 therefore marking the release of the finalised/consolidated policy recommendations.

The event will be hosted by EUF, due to its central location in Europe and vicinity to the main European institutions. The location of the event is very central and easy to access from any part of Europe. The anticipated number of participants to this event is 30 to 50 participants. The agenda of the event will be proposed by EUF in close cooperation with the project partner.
